Dr Francine Pinnuck has a rare blend of academic, government and business experience that is much sought after internationally. Dr Pinnuck has applied the knowledge of her two undergraduate degrees and graduate diploma from Monash University in Melbourne with her two postgraduate degrees including a Masters and PhD.

Dr Francine Pinnuck's diverse background, including lecturing and working in universities in Australia, presenting research at conferences around the world, including the University of London, University of Lancaster and University of Keele in the UK, present her clients with access to outstanding depth and understanding unparalleled in the Middle East. Dr Pinnuck has taught in the School of Psychology at the University of South Australia (Master Programmes) and La Trobe University. She was a tutor at Deakin Univesity.
Experience
Dr Pinnuck has developed material for police with a focus on how to question specific offenders and patterns of behaviour and understand the psychology of serial and serious offenders. In the late 90s she was one of the first professionals in Australia to develop specific subject material for psychologists working with serious repeat offenders. Dr Pinnuck has been sought to present some of this material at international conferences.
In the mid 90s Francine was employed by La Trobe University to conduct research, develop and implement strategies to help Australian Aboriginal people realise their educational and career potential.
As her reputation and skills continued to grow, in 1999 - 2000 Dr Pinnuck was employed as the head of Marketing by the University of South Australia in its commercialisation division, ITEK and set up incubator programmes for merging new business developed through university research.
In this role Dr Pinnuck launched some of the most successful environmental waste management and water recycling companies such as Baleen Filters, which has distribution around the world including the Middle East. She went on to represent ITEK at the EU Industrialisation Harmony project in Spain.
In 2000 Francine joined EFI International (EFI) as a Director. She continued to be involved in academia writing journal articles and working with governments in Australia, negotiating Middle East contracts.
Since then she has led EFI and was the lead negotiator on the Asian Games contract awarded to the company and other leading contracts in the region.
